KNSI can fabricate plastic components with the highest quality, that are mainly being used in the aircraft galleys, lavatories, and seats, through extrusion, CNC machining, injection molding, vacuum forming and 3D printing methods and the items will be supplied with a shiny, semi-gloss, matte or dull finish, as per the preference of the customers. The plastic materials used for fabrication will undergo mandatory testing procedures as per the regulatory requirements and maximum safety will be ensured. KNSI can also carry out repairs on plastic components and restore the items to conditions as good as new. The newly fabricated items will be supplied with Part-21.G Form 1 and the repaired items will be released with EASA Part 145 Form 1.
